Salmon and smiles... that's what tonight was. We all got together tonight for dinner. Dad had gotten a large salmon at costco today, and it worked out perfectly to have everyone over for dinner. The conversation was wonderful (if you know what I mean). The mood was great; the food was tasty and the laughs were plenty. What a lovely time of year to enjoy our family.

Those are the best kind of nights. Even though, you know me, I would like a little planning involved. But somehow with our family it always seems to work out better last minute.
